Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how JoyFrame AI (“JoyFrame AI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) safeguards your privacy when you access or use JoyFrame AI services (the “Service”), including the JoyFrame AI website (the “Site”) and all JoyFrame AI mobile applications (the “Mobile App”).
Please review this Privacy Policy carefully in full. By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge and agree to the terms, conditions, and referenced rules described in this policy. If you do not agree with any part of this policy, you should stop using JoyFrame AI immediately.
This Privacy Policy, together with the Terms of Service, applies to information, including personal information, that we collect when you use JoyFrame AI. In this policy, “Personal Information” means information that can identify you either by itself or when combined with other data. Technical parameters, device details, usage records that do not identify a specific individual, and aggregated information from which identifying elements have been removed, such as user-group trend information, are not treated as personal information. Such aggregated or non-personal information is not restricted by this policy and may be shared with third parties when appropriate.
1. What Information We Collect
We respect every user’s privacy. We collect only relevant personal information that you voluntarily provide, which may include your email address, username, linked social-account information, and other details submitted when registering, creating an account, contacting us by email, or using features of the Service. Additional details are provided in the “Login Data” section below.
With your express authorization, we may access and temporarily store photos or videos that you upload through the Mobile App or official website. Please see the “Service Data” section for further information.
2. Login Data
- 2.1 If sharing features are available and you choose to share content through the app or Service, you must first complete the login process.
- 2.2 If you create an account using Facebook, Apple ID, or another third-party account, we may receive information associated with that account, including your name, email address, username, social-network information, and other information submitted during registration.
- 2.3 Login-related information stored by us will be removed when you delete your account.
- 2.4 You may delete your account and related data at any time, or contact our customer service team to request deletion. Please refer to the “Deleting Your Personal Information” section for details.
3. Technical Information
When you use our website or Mobile App, certain information related to internet interaction and network operation may be generated automatically and retained by the system. The technical information we may collect includes the following:
- 3.1 Log Data: Our servers may passively retain electronic records created when you interact with the Service or Mobile App. For example, during login, this may include your location within the app interface, IP address, access date and time, device characteristics, and Cookie-related data. We use log data to operate the Service, protect platform security, support service reliability, and improve the user experience.
- 3.2 Cookie Data: Cookies and similar technologies may be used to collect log data and support normal Service operation. More information about our use of Cookies appears in the “Cookies” section below.
- 3.3 Device Information: We may collect and aggregate information about the device used to access the Mobile App and Service, including device type, device model, and operating-system information.
4. Service Data
- 4.1 If you use image- or video-generation functions, you must first provide the source image or video required for processing. Based on the needs of the relevant feature, we may request permission to access your photo library or files. You may revoke this permission at any time.
- 4.2 AI content processing requires an internet connection and is performed on our servers. Images or videos you submit are therefore transmitted to our servers through an encrypted channel. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to protect data throughout transmission and help maintain data privacy and transmission security.
- 4.3 Our Solemn Promise: Photos and videos you upload are used only to enable the AI model to complete the content-generation task you request. After the generation task is completed, the uploaded materials are immediately deleted in a manner intended to make recovery impossible. We do not use these materials to train or optimize AI models, and we do not provide them to third-party platforms in any form.
- 4.4 Please save generated results promptly. After a generation task has been completed, the system will automatically delete the generated results within 48 hours. Deleted results cannot be recovered. You are responsible for losses resulting from failure to save generated content in time, and the platform does not assume liability for compensation or recovery.
5. How We Use Your Uploaded Photo or Video Information
- 5.1 Depending on the technical requirements of different models and functions, the Service may process uploaded images or videos for body-contour recognition, facial-region positioning, facial-feature extraction, skeletal-keypoint detection (including the head, neck, shoulders, torso, wrists, and similar points), and detection of clothing categories and wearing status. This detection data is used solely to operate the technical modules needed to produce the AI-generated result requested by the user. During processing, related detection data is cached only temporarily in server RAM for the duration of the task and is irreversibly deleted once processing has finished. Original photos, videos, and generated content are not used for AI-model iteration or performance optimization.
- 5.2 Facial-keypoint coordinates and other derivative data needed for specific visual effects will not be collected or obtained through technical means without the user’s prior explicit authorization, such as actively granting photo-library access.
- 5.3 Until facial-keypoint data and other related derivative data are deleted, we apply information-security safeguards to storage, transmission, and leak prevention in accordance with industry-standard protection practices. These safeguards are designed to meet or exceed those used for other confidential information, including email addresses and login data.
- 5.4 Facial-feature data, skeletal-keypoint coordinate data, and body-detection data will not be used for identifying or verifying individuals.
- 5.5 We do not create biometric identifiers or personalized user profiles from the detection data described above.
- 5.6 All data obtained through detection is used only to generate the AI output requested by the user and is deleted immediately when the processing workflow is complete.
- 5.7 After deletion, we do not keep duplicate copies and do not retain original user-uploaded image or video materials after the generation-task cycle has ended.
6. Other Information Collection
Several core functions rely on images obtained from your device camera or photo library. We cannot access your camera or photo-library permissions without your prior explicit consent.

8. App Tracking Transparency (ATT) Disclosure
- 8.1 This app follows Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework and may display an “Allow Tracking” request when required. The request may appear when integrated third-party services need access to the Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) for functions such as advertising-performance measurement, fraud prevention, or personalized-content delivery.
- 8.2 You may choose either “Allow” or “Ask App Not to Track.” Your choice will not negatively affect the availability of app functions or your overall user experience.

- 8.5 We do not use tracking data to identify or verify individuals, and we do not create user behavioral profiles from tracking data.
- 8.6 Permission Management and Changes:
- (a) You may change tracking permissions at any time through: iOS Settings - Privacy - Tracking - JoyFrame AI
- (b) Refusing tracking permission does not prevent you from using the app’s functional modules.
9. Cookies (Third-Party Login Only)
- 9.1 When you use Google account login in this app, you may be redirected to Google’s dedicated authentication page.
- 9.2 Google may use Cookies or functionally similar technologies to maintain login-session continuity and the integrity of the authentication process.

Cookies created during Google authentication are controlled by Google and are subject to Google’s published privacy rules.
- 9.4 This app does not use Cookies to track user behavior across apps or websites.
10. Security
- 10.1 We use security technologies and protective measures intended to safeguard privacy information against unauthorized access and improper use. As technology develops, we may continue improving and updating these safeguards. However, no security system can guarantee that third-party attackers will always be prevented from gaining unauthorized access. If you create an account password, you are responsible for keeping it confidential and should not disclose or share it with third parties. If you believe your password has been misused or your account may be compromised, please notify us promptly through our official contact channel.
11. How We Use Your Personal Information and Service Data
- 11.1 Personal information and Service Data collected through the Service are used only for the following purposes:
- Communicating with you through official channels;
- Receiving and processing service requests and transaction flows;
- Improving the Service experience and updating functions;
- Providing customized services and/or product content;
- Supporting product research and construction of our service system;
- Other reasonable purposes directly connected to platform operations.
- 11.2 Sharing Your Personal Information and Service Data: Personal information, including non-personal information, collected through the Service may be shared with companies or organizations that we engage to provide relevant support, such as data management, storage, web hosting, or similar services. We may also share de-identified log data that does not reveal personal identity with third parties for relevant advertising and product-promotion purposes, subject to the applicable data-collection and use rules of those partners.
- 11.3 Disclosure of Personal Information: We do not disclose personal information collected through the Service except where permitted or required in the following circumstances:
- You or your legally authorized representative have expressly consented;
- Disclosure is required under applicable state, federal, or municipal law;
- Disclosure is required by a valid search warrant or subpoena issued by a court with proper jurisdiction;
- Except for content, including generated results, that you choose to share through our website, Mobile App, other services, or third-party services, we do not disclose your uploaded images or videos to any entity.
12. Modifying Your Information — Opt-out/Opt-in
- 12.1 We respect your right to make independent choices concerning the collection and use of your personal information. You may update or modify your information and adjust available privacy preferences through the relevant features of the Service. To request account cancellation, you may email [email protected]. Providing the necessary account information may help us process the request more efficiently in accordance with applicable requirements.
13. Deleting Your Personal Information
- 13.1 You may submit an account-deletion request through the “About” section of the Mobile App. Once the account is deleted, content and data associated with the account will be removed in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and cannot be recovered.
- 13.2 If you linked Facebook, Apple ID, or another third-party account to this app, you may terminate future information-sharing authorization at any time by signing in to the relevant third-party platform, locating its app-connection management settings, and disconnecting this app. Disconnecting a third-party account stops future sharing but does not itself delete personal data already stored by this app.
- 13.3 If you cannot access your account because of a forgotten password, lost device, or similar issue and you want the account and all related content or personal data deleted, please contact our support team at [email protected]. We will process the request after verifying your identity.

- 14.2 Refund approval is governed by Apple App Store terms and conditions for in-app purchase refunds. Refund requests are handled through Apple’s standard procedures, including channels such as reportaproblem.apple.com.
15. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If a revision is expected to materially affect your rights, we will publish the revised policy on this website. We recommend reviewing this Privacy Policy whenever you use the Service so that you remain informed about the rules governing the handling of your personal information.
16. Your Rights
You may have rights concerning your personal data, including the right to request a copy of your personal data, request correction of inaccurate information, request deletion of data that is no longer required for processing, or request restriction of processing. You may also have the right to receive personal data that you provided to us on the basis of a contract or explicit consent in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format and to request transfer of that data to another data controller. In certain circumstances, particularly where processing is not necessary for contractual or legal obligations or is carried out for direct marketing purposes, you may have the right to object to processing.
These rights may be subject to legal limitations. For example, fulfilling a request may disclose another person’s personal information, or you may ask us to delete information that we are legally required to retain or that we have a significant legitimate interest in retaining. To exercise applicable rights, please contact us or our Data Protection Officer using the contact information below. If your concern is not resolved appropriately, you may have the right to lodge a complaint with the relevant EU data-protection authority in the place where you live, work, or believe a data breach occurred.

We do not knowingly collect or solicit information from children under 13 and do not knowingly provide registration channels directed to this age group. The Service and its content are not intended for children under 13.
